1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Service: Refers to the BluqqHub website and mobile application.
• User: Refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
• Wallet: Refers to the digital stored-value account provided to users on the platform.

2. Account Responsibility

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Services & Payments

BluqqHub provides a platform for purchasing mobile data bundles and airtime top-ups. By placing an order, you represent that the phone number provided is correct. We are not liable for services delivered to incorrectly provided numbers.

• All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Paystack).
• Wallet funding is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Service prices are subject to change without prior notice based on network provider adjustments.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products sold (Airtime and Data), all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the event of a documented system failure where the value was deducted from your wallet but the service was not rendered by the network provider.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the platform.
• Use automated bots to scrape data or perform bulk transactions without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BluqqHub, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
